Payment Policy


Your Social Insights Limited ,  (“YSI”) provides the website YourSocialInsights.com to you (“You” or “Your”) subject to this Payment Policy, its Terms of Use, and its other policies.

This Payment Policy describes the policies that apply to the purchase of premium content (including Free-Trial offers, Single Report purchases and YSI Membership  Plans) and is incorporated into the terms and conditions of YSI.

YSI may change this Payment Policy at any time. The most current version of this policy can be accessed at https://www.Yoursocialinsights.co.uk/payment-policy. By continuing to access or use Yoursocialinsights.co.uk, You accept any changes or revisions to this policy.

1. Premium Content Services (including Free-Trial offers, Single Report purchases and YSI Membership Plans).

a) Some of YSI’s data and tools are only available to purchasers of premium content. YSI offers a variety of content purchase options, including Single Report purchases and YSI Membership Plans. Details about the specific premium content offering and payment terms are provided at sign up. By purchasing premium content or upgrading to a YSI Membership Plan, You agree to receive the services offered at sign up, subject to the billing terms provided at sign up.

b) All sales of all YSI premium content are final. All YSI Membership Plans are prepaid for the stated payment period (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually) and are non-refundable.

c) You may cancel Your YSI Membership Plan at any time and for any reason. To cancel Your YSI Membership Plan, select “Cancel Subscription” within Your Yoursocialinsights.co.uk Account Settings. Once Your YSI Membership Plan has been canceled, You will receive a cancellation confirmation from YSI, and You will not be billed again. When You cancel Your Plan, any processed payment will not be refunded or prorated for partial-month usage. You will continue to enjoy all premium content and benefits until the end of the current payment period. If You encounter any problem during the cancellation process, please contact Customer Care.

d) Unless otherwise indicated in Your Plan details, YSI will automatically renew Your Membership Plan monthly on the date of the 1st premium registration, and charge Your credit or debit card account on the renewal date of each payment period. The date that your Membership will automatically renew is the date at which the premium registration completed and the confirmation email that is sent to you.Your YSI Membership Plan will remain open and active until Your account is canceled, suspended, or terminated.

e) Payments to YSI will appear as ‘Yoursocialinsights’ on your bank or card statement.

3. Payment Processing

a) To purchase a Single Report or YSI Membership, You must enter valid payment information. By providing such payment information, You certify that You are an authorized user of the credit or debit card or payment account.

b) YSI does not store or process Your full credit card information. Instead, YSI employs independent and reputable third-party payment processors, to store and process this information.

4. Subscription Fee Changes

Our Membership prices may change in the future; if they do we will notify you in advance,by giving you at least 30 days’ notice, to allow you to review your Membership.  In the event that you do not wish to continue Your MembershipYou may cancel it with no further cost to You.
